I had a very bad experience with Navpreet. I requested her for assistance with car wash as App was not opening on phone due to glitch. First of all, she completely denied to help (I never experienced in past at any other petro-Canada's location) then on my request she gave the customer care number. After another negative experience and leaving a negative review about another local car wash, I decided to give this one a try again after avoiding it due to a previous bad experience from years ago. The result was the same as before. Completely untouched in large spots. Basically the same review I left the other place. Unacceptable as an automated carwash for 15$ plus. The cashier doesn't n won’t give petro points for stuff u are buying this store is poorly ran
Charged me double for gas and said I had to call th 1 800 number which I did and I was hung on as I speaking. Husband put $50 of gas in his truck and they took $50 out twice. I showed my bank statement to prove it was taken out twice and they clearly know it was taken out twice and still haven't refunded my $50 back
