This Petro Can does not honor the seasonal car wash pass. The app was not working and they refused to provide a voucher when the Petro Cans in Edmonton do. Multiple people were in line with me who also were having problems with the app and they refused to help any of us. They said it wasn't a store problem and it was a corporate problem so they weren't responsible and asked us to call customer service
Very friendly and helpful tonight helping me get my car wash card activated on the app. The gentleman was very patient also dealing with multiple other customers and issues.
Sanaya is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. She handles customers efficiently, even during busy hours, with a smile.
They won't let people use the bathroom.
