Went to get my car wash, the lady that guides you into the channel was giving me the worst instructions and just saying you are not in, without actually saying if I needed to turn my tire right or left, after I left and parked I noticed that the car wasn’t actually cleaned properly but it also broke my wheel cover, I called to let them know they need someone to give better instructions and I informed them that I didn’t expect anything from them but that I will be leaving a review so others don’t experience something similar ... read more
Staff and the gas station itself were great, but I had a very concerning experience with the car wash at this location. I visited on March 26th and after taking my newly purchased vehicle through the wash, I noticed scratches on both the sides and hood. Given the condition of my vehicle prior to the wash, this appears to have been caused during the wash itself. This raises concerns about the condition, maintenance, or cleanliness of the equipment. The teller is stealing money. I went in yesterday to buy Lotto tickets. I gave a 100 bill and was to recieve $75 in change. He gave 50 in bills and 20 in toonies. He tried to rush me out and I insisted that he watch me count it. After calling him out for being $5 short he immediately reach out his other hand to give me 5 loonies. He assumed I wouldn't count it and was attempting to keep it. It was at around 3:30pm yesterday. East Indian male teller.
So nice and helpful, they helped me fill my tires because I had never done it before, and even taught me how to do it for next time. Thank you!
Place is fine, carwash is not. I took my car through the wash on a rainy day before a long night drive, and something in the treatment added a film to all my windows. Every time my wipers ran it became almost impossible to see because of how it caught the lights of incoming vehicles. The rear and forward windscreens would become almost unusable.
