Terrible service Stopped in to buy a simple car wash and ended up standing outside in negative temperatures, forced to do the entire transaction through a glass window. The process dragged on for about five minutes because the attendant had to keep moving around inside to use different machines, while I was left freezing outside. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and honestly dehumanizing — almost like speaking through prison glass rather than being treated like a paying customer. Bring your gas shoes! In the few steps from my driver's side door to the pump I managed to soak up enough fuel-laden slush to ruin a nice pair of sneakers. They used to clear the snow away from the pumps. Seems like an enviro hazard.

Air machine for tires ate my $2.50 and then didn’t work and the staff member didn’t care, didn’t apologize, wouldn’t refund me and said I had to call the number on the machine to talk to them about it. I’ll get gas and car washes anywhere else in the future. Update…As they requested, I called their customer service on Dec 27 and they assured me someone would be in touch to make it right.
