I have a season pass for this car wash, but my experience has been very disappointing. Every time I come here, I have to wait in line for at least an hour, and sometimes even two hours just to wash my car. This is unacceptable for customers who already paid for a season pass. Even after waiting that long, my truck often comes out still dirty, which defeats the whole purpose of a car wash. On top of that, the manager named Love was very rude and unprofessional. I waited almost an hour for the car wash. The Petro‑Canada app repeatedly returned a server error and the attendant refused to print a ticket or help resolve the problem in a timely manner; she only suggested Wi‑Fi and reinstalling the app. Very disappointing customer service. This experience was frustrating and avoidable. The app failure was clearly a server-side issue and should have been handled by staff (printing a ticket, documenting the problem, or offering another solution) instead of asking customers to troubleshoot.... read more
