Went to go purchase something at 10:58 PM, told me I couldn’t because the system wouldn’t process it, when back in to use the ATM, she locked the door. 0/10 experience. The worker was disrespectful and indifferent. Will go to the other one down the street going forward. There’s customer service here.

Extremely unsafe experience at Petro-Canada’s car wash. My car went off track even though I followed all instructions (Neutral, wheel straight). A brush arm was completely out of position, spun against my car, scratched the side, and broke my mirror. My 8-year-old was inside crying and terrified, this was a serious safety hazard. Staff on site admitted the brush was wrong, but the supervisor blamed me for not folding my mirror and told me to call insurance instead of taking responsibility. I used the car wash here, but a lot of soap was left on my vehicle. I complained about it, but they didn't offer any real help and I got the answer that there are couple of cars washed here no one complained another than me and just gave me another car wash, which made the situation even worse. I had to use a bunch of tissues to wipe off the soap myself. The lady at the station ignored me and just started watching her phone.

So bad servant I just told her that I wanna change the Red Bull to the big ones and she said she can. I don’t know why I thought her. I’ll pay the rest. She said she can’t so too much bad service.

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. It's in a great location, so I kept going there, but I can’t remember when my car came out without soap left on it or looking correctly dried. I even talked to the cashiers about it, and they seemed to understand my frustration, suggesting that I’m not the only one who has had this problem. They said they would let the owner know, but that hasn’t changed. Because of this, I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you think twice before visiting this car wash!
