I went for a car wash at this Petro-Canada location and had a very disappointing experience. The car wash itself was not good at all – my car did not come out properly cleaned. When I pointed this out to the employee, instead of coming to check the car, he responded very rudely and just handed me another wash code. The worst gas station in Windsor. Car wash never works and vacuum as well. If you have any trouble to use the car wash with your app they wont even help you and say its not our problem. Specially the cashier “JAMAL” is one of the worse, arrogant, rude never speaks to you in simple and normal tone and always try to make any situation worse. Dont know how Petro Canada is letting them run the business like this. Would give 0 start if u can. Never spend a dime on their car wash you won’t see any difference.

I would never suggest going to this gas station. The fellow Jamal behind the cashier is the rudest and most unprofessional man. He was also rude to another female customer. It appears he shows more respect to males customers. Never again will I step foot in this store and be disrespected.
