Honestly, I had a pretty bad experience at that Petro-Canada location. I purchased a Home Depot gift card from here. The receipt clearly shows it was “activated,” but when I tried to use it, it had a $0 balance. Home Depot customer service confirmed that no funds were ever loaded onto the card. I returned to the store with my receipt, but the staff refused to help. They said there is no manager available and told me to leave. The employee was also rude and used inappropriate language. Me and my husband had terrible experience. We bought a guft card which was not loaded. We went back there saying it wan not laoded. The cashier was rude started swearing and asked my husband to get out.

0/5 experience today. I have a monthly car wash subscription that allows one wash per day, which is standard for most places. I pulled into the car wash, tapped my card, and the system told me to put my car in neutral and wait but nothing happened. It was clearly a mechanical issue on their end. I went inside to explain the situation, expecting a simple resolution.
