The review by Talha Nadeem was disgustingly inaccurate and absolutely exaggerated. I was there earlier too and figured he would write a review since he took a picture of the employee and by the looks of it, he did. He came in the store acting like he owned the place, and was asking Juvy, the woman working “give me the key!” without even looking at her. Hi! Just butting into the conversation here, but first, to make this review relevant, I absolutely love the service here! The staff always seem like they’re doing their jobs well, and do it in a way that shows they actually enjoy working there! I see some of the staff making light-hearted conversations, and how they try their best to be friendly to customers! (Unlike other establishments, but that’s not relevant right now). Terrible customer service. I am a petro Canada customer for more than 20 years and never have I received such disrespectful service. I walk in to make a purchase but ask to use the washroom first With an unpleasant look this lady Juvy hands me a key. My phone is almost dead and I need it to plug it in to use navigation to get home. I see there’s a plug in and luckily I had a wall adapter with me.
