I have been using the Petro-Canada car wash service for a long time, and this is the first time I have ever had such a disappointing experience. I recently bought the Season Pass, and after going through the wash at this location, my car still came out dirty, with visible spots left behind. I went inside to speak with the staff member on duty, Sourab, and asked for help. Worst place to visit. It’s nearby to my place so I visited near 11 pm, but the mirror cap came out and it got broke and the advisor standing their didn’t even bother to say a sorry or help me with something. It just gave me the broken cap and went inside. Please don’t go here.
Terrible guys running stores are the most useless people better options
We went there to get our car washed. They damaged our car with scratches and it didn’t even get washed properly when we politely requested for a re-wash as we paid for it, the guy named Hussain refused to help he didn’t even came and checked the car and said I can’t help!!!! Don’t go there. Ridiculous service.
