The other day waited there 40 minutes for my turn to wash a car while a guy was detailing interior of his car Inside the wash bay. Vary ignorant on his part. Was going to tell him something but if he can’t see 20 car lineup to use a car wash god knows what’s he gonna do. Management didn’t care either.
Scammers, price is different when you pay vs posted sign. Cashier said they couldn't do anything about it. Don't come here if you dont want to be scammed, who knows what else they try to do.
Every single pump is marked "inside pay only" ok fair enough. But apparently "inside pay" means stand OUTSIDE and pay through a little tiny window on the side of the building? I walked up and the doors were locked. Had to wait in line in -9 degree cold!! Terrible way to treat customers. I can appreciate looking after staff safety but buzzing one person in at a time or hiring a security team member instead of 2 cashiers would make a lot more sense than this?
