I arrived and there was a note on the door saying, "Excuse me, I'll be there in 10 minutes. I specifically waited for half an hour and no one was there. What is this? If you have to leave, take two people to take turns."
Terrible experience. Stopped to pay for my gas and the cashier disappeared into the bathroom for about 20 minutes. No sign on the door, no notice, nothing. I was standing there waiting the whole time just trying to pay. Couldn’t pay at the pump either. Honestly felt like walking out because that’s how unprofessional it was. This place really needs better management and customer service. Terrible car wash .. they use about a liter of water per car.. scam
I had a great experience at the Petro-Canada Car Wash! The facility was clean, efficient, and my car came out looking spotless. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. There was an associate there, her name was Annshia (I hope I got that right!),and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted me with a big smile, answered my questions patiently, and made sure everything went smoothly.
