I’ve been washing my car here for years without any issues, but this time I went in for a car wash and came out with my front grille missing and my front license plate damaged. I reported it immediately, expecting it to be handled professionally. Instead, I was told to go through my own insurance as if the damage wasn’t their responsibility. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and there was no effort made to properly address the situation. Very disappointing experience after being a loyal customer for years.
Don't go at 10 pm because they change shifts at that time and all the pumps are locked! You have to wait a good ten minutes!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Stuck in the carwash for over 10 minutes now, been calling the store but nobody picks up, just goes to voicemail... Edit: after 20 minutes and 6 calls someone finally picked up, they said they have a long line of customers and to give them "like 5 minutes" before they can come help. So still waiting
