Just go through the car wash the dryer stops in between and reported it in the store the cashier named abhi was so ride saying you have used your all 90 second , he say you must be on phone but how he can check that i am on phone or not , this is not acceptable, we are not paying for this thing . We also have a video recording and still he say no .
I buy a lottery ticket daily for my wife and I to scratch. Since we are early risers we are usually there in the morning and always are greeted by the most pleasant smile behind the counter. I drive by other lottery retailers to get there but always come here for the pleasant experience.
Could not get anywhere using the app to purchase car washes. The person on chat didn't help me and no one responded to my email I sent last week. Went into the store and person working was very helpful and surprised that I got no help at all contacting support people. Staff member in store was great although his accent was heavy and caused me to miss a few things he said. He sold me 2 Wash and go cards which was what I wanted. No problems like the app. gave me.
Did not expect the points through the wallet told me I have to login to the app all other petro never gave me problems not my problem I went down the road and got gas u guys lost money, not to mention gas at the esso down the road is 6 cents cheaper thanks
December 5, 2025 – 8:20 PM I had a very disappointing experience today. I recently purchased a new wash pack and have not yet received my physical card. When I tried logging into the app, it kept showing the message: “There is something wrong on our end.” Clearly, that indicates a technical issue on their side, not mine. I waited in a long line for about 45 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the system still wouldn’t work.
