Bad experience at car wash car wash not washed properly I told the guy he said the basic car wash is just like that. I ask for another wash he told me he is not responsible if it’s still not clean.that was unprofessional.
Smarthi was rude and unapologetic and needs coaching and discipline. Simple ask due to a glitch with the car wash led to a disappointing experience as long time petro and car wash clients.
Not deserve single star as well. Worst customer service. One young lady was very rude behavior. She don't know how to talk customer. Very bad experience.
Do not go in mornings won't open door even 5 min early 655 guy says he can't open door what a joke petro is trash go elsewhere
