I got a car wash that ended up being more like a car rinse. About 25 minutes later when I stopped, I called and I was met with a lot of contention and rudeness. The lady I was speaking with told me I should have checked it while on the property and if I wasn’t happy with it, come talk to them then. I was not aware that I had to stop and check to make sure that all of their equipment was working properly before I left.
