Absolutely horrible customer service at 2:15 a.m. today (August 6). I tried to inform the woman working that their debit machine might be down and she argued with me that it was my card. I went to two other gas stations whose workers politely told me that their machines were typically shut down for maintenance at that time of night. The worker at this location was rude for no reason and lost my business. Do not recommend!
Was treated like a second class citizen by cashier. Asked for lottery ticket and was told I was wrong what I asked for. Female cashier then says she doesn’t have to be abused and asks me to leave. Also when I asked for tickets she rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. Never going back.
The car wash station has frequent breakdowns, this is the second time it has happened. Never returning
Car wash system doesn't work properly, and when I complained I have to call by myself to explain it. No petro canada asked the customer to call I have worked almost 10 years, so I know it. Why there is no customer.
