I don’t like car wash very bad
I only came to ask about how to pay for the car wash. The employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. I did not ask him to open the door, yet he responded in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I had never known of a gas station/convenience store that says it’s open 24 hours to be closed at 6:45 AM on a Monday morning before today
Worst customer service ever at Petro-Canada on Wellington Road. The night shift guy with glasses is unbelievably rude and has no sense of respect for customers. His tone, attitude, and behavior were completely unprofessional — it honestly felt like he didn’t even want to do his job. This kind of behavior makes customers feel unwelcome and is unacceptable for a well-known company like Petro-Canada. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service at this location, especially during the night shift.
