I have a season pass and have tried a few different Petro-Canada car washes in the city. To me, it seems like this particular location has programmed their machine to use less water or something which is okay as long as the car is washed! But sometimes there are spots that are still not clean after the car wash. And every single time that I have asked for a re-wash, the staff makes me uncomfortable. This car wash handles a high volume of cars daily but suffers from low maintenance. The staff are poorly trained and unable to address the frequent, recurring issues.
This place is a mess. 99% of the time their carwash doesn't work. The employee ( only this particular employee I see every sunday morning) is rude and doesn't want to help his customers. Never going to take a seasonal pass again.
I want to zero star because of some staff members at this location. Very bad 👎 They have no sense to talk, I was talking about petro Car rewash police. He started to talk to violent talk with me.
