I Waited in car wash line for 45 minutes. I have a season pass which didn’t work. Called for help. CSR came and told me to call customer service representative because he can’t do anything. Store employee did not bother himself to help me at all. More than half time this car wash is broke and if it works employees doesn’t know anything about customer service.
It’s cold day (-12C). Bar code scanning didn’t work, manual enter code didn’t work.
Saw alot of complaint abt the carwash being close frequently but still went ahead and bought the season pass, just to see cones in front of car wash 2 days later. Went to talk to the employees, one seems annoyed the other said we dont know when the car wash is going to be up again.
