Waited 30mins for a car wash and then my car wash card didn’t work after I confirmed with the cashier that I had 2 car washes left. When I pressed the help button no one answered. Only reason it isn’t a one is because the cashier Mohamed was very helpful when I went inside to ask for help.
I like that it's a touchless car wash and is very good. I buy a 5 wash pass to save money.
Worst store experience ever. I bought 2 items, then realized buying 3 would've cost the same. I simply pointed this out, and the guy got insanely rude used bad words — told me it’s my problem, swore at me, told me to get out, and said it’s “written over there” like it’s not his job to help customers. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting behavior. Never going back.
They just don't fix the massive pot holes at entrance to car wash that will destroy your wheels. Don't bring your car here if you care about your wheels.
