An older employee at the petrol station came over when I asked for help. I told him that my windshield washer fluid was empty and asked if he could fill it. He kept saying, “We don’t have it,” even though there were around 50–60 cans right there on display. It felt like a scam — as if I was expected to buy a can instead of using the fluid at the pump, even though I had just paid for diesel. This isn’t just happening at this Petro station; the one on St. Laurent and a few others are doing the same thing.

Car wash is not good
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your store today. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and I always fuel both of my cars and use the car wash at this location. Today, around 8:30 AM, I came for a car wash and was facing an issue with the Petro-Canada app. When I approached the employee on duty, Shoiab, to show him the problem, he did not listen to me at all.
