I had this struggle with Uber because I had the wrong order sent to me, but this gentleman named Mav I think handled the situation very well and even explained to me what went wrong. Thanks to Mav for making my experience way better with Petro Canada. Also you guys need to bring in more Takis
Great service and detailed ! My car came out spotless, and the staff was friendly and quick. Highly recommend for a fast and quality car wash.

Very disappointing experience with the car wash. I paid for a car wash and my vehicle was not cleaned properly. After contacting customer service, instead of offering a simple refund or rewash, they insisted that I create a Petro-Points membership account just to receive compensation in points. Customers should not be required to sign up for a loyalty program just to resolve a service issue. A straightforward refund or rewash would have been the fair and professional solution.
