Vaccum machine is out of order. Car wash is pathetic as it doesn't wash away the soap completely. Jaskaran was the customer care executive at the station and was not at all helpful in the resolution. She kept blaming me for not looking at the out of order sign. This is not done. The scanner display should be covered to avoid such incident. When I stop by this branch to get fuel, sometimes I need to use the restroom, but every time I’m told it’s out of service. I believe it’s more than a coincidence and that they deliberately keep it locked. I don’t want to visit this branch anymore.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Petro Canada car wash on Dundas. The cashier, Jaskain, handled my visit poorly. The service was unhelpful, and instead of assisting with the issue I faced, I felt brushed off and not valued as a customer. The attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the whole experience frustrating. I expect better customer service when I’m paying for something as simple as a car wash. Definitely not coming back here again.
Is this location actually 24 hours? Ive been waiting here for 30 mins for the clerk to comeback from what ever he was doing. This is around 4 am to 430.
I pulled up to the pump when the price was clearly displayed. As I was about to fuel, the attendant shut off the pump, then claimed the price had changed from head office and hiked the rate before turning it back on. That’s completely unacceptable. From what I understand, gas stations are supposed to wait until all pumps are clear before updating prices — not stop a customer mid-process just to charge more. This felt manipulative and unfair.
