Disgusting attitude and customer service DHRUVA .. . You need to go back to school . You can ask politely and if you have something personal going in your life , you should not show that at work !!! I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station because of the rude and disrespectful behavior of an employee named Dhruva Patel. She was extremely unprofessional, spoke in a harsh tone, and showed no regard for basic customer service. The staff is highly unprofessional. Has no sense of handling customer . The girl handling counter behave like she own others.
The girl staff has very bad attitude and has no sense of dealing with any customers. Highly disappointed. Do not recommended.
I visit your gas station every day, but I’m very disappointed with how your employee, Dhruva, treats customers. She is often rude, especially towards the Punjabi community, while treating others nicely. She behaves like she owns the place, even though she is just an employee and has only been working there for about a year. We always pay properly, yet she still talks to us with attitude.
