Staff here were very nice and helpful.
Terrible experience. I bought gas and a full pack of cigarettes and somehow walked out without the cigarettes I paid for. I went back shortly after to sort it out, but the cashier Saurav was dismissive and kept repeating that he “gave it to me” instead of actually helping resolve the issue. The cameras apparently only show the counter, not whether the item was actually secured or left behind. Zero accountability, zero customer service. Left me stuck in car wash for nearly an hour while attendant refused to answer call - had to call police
I usually purchase the seasonal car wash pass every year, and I have been using Petro-Canada car washes for a long time. This location (1520 Britannia Rd. W.) is close to my home, so I am used to using it. However, over the years I have tried many different Petro-Canada locations, and this is by far the worst car wash location I have ever experienced. Most of the time the car comes out almost as dirty as it went in. I have had many bad experiences at this location and have complained more than once, but nothing has improved.... read more
