Had a harrowing experience at car wash yesterday. With the green light and having entered in the code I put my car in the chain channel and in neutral. My car was almost going to hit the car in front as it was not mob ahead. I spoke with a friend and he experienced this last week. Staff here were very nice and helpful.
Terrible experience. I bought gas and a full pack of cigarettes and somehow walked out without the cigarettes I paid for. I went back shortly after to sort it out, but the cashier Saurav was dismissive and kept repeating that he “gave it to me” instead of actually helping resolve the issue. The cameras apparently only show the counter, not whether the item was actually secured or left behind. Zero accountability, zero customer service.
