I did a car wash and left to notice that my car had scratches all over the body. Very disappointing and disheartening to see the condition of my car. Don’t know what to do at this point.
This Petro-Canada location was extremely disappointing. We originally purchased a car wash at the Creditview location, but it was closed due to construction. We were then directed to the Derry & McLaughlin location, and it ended up being the worst car wash experience I’ve had. I paid $20 for the full package, yet there was no under car wash, and the right-side spinner wasn’t working, so the right side of my car was barely cleaned at all. Car wash card says expired even though I bought it two weeks ago. Last time I had this issue, they gave me a rewash card with no issues. This time they made a big fuss about how it wasn’t their issue and how I need to speak with customer service. Really disappointed in the customer service of the sassy young girl and guy working Sunday Jan 11th @ 11:00 PM.
