Came in with the most aggressive bird poop known to humanity stuck to my windshield. First wash got about 99% of it, but the remaining smudge was fighting for its life. Went inside and asked about it. No hassle, no debate, they immediately gave me another wash! Second round finished the job. Quick, easy, and great customer service. The bird lost and I won!
