Rude customer service, avoid them
Inconsiderate customers At this pump you can fill up only after pre paying. That means if you see a vehicle next to the pump with no one inside that only means the customer has filled up and gone inside to get time Horton's. Unfortunately the only option is for the next in line to simply wait till he comes back with his coffee or donut. Can the pump not do anything about this ? Why are they making the customer wait in line for some inconsiderate idiot ahead?
I went there around 10 pm and a guy working there name sourav doesn’t know about customer service. There were three people in front of me and he didn’t greet any of them including me. No hi no goodbye he kept on talking to his other coworker girl. This location should teach their employees how to greet customers.
Please don't come to this branch never filling up gas again in my life from this pump..they deducted $250 and i fill up gas for just 56 and they never return and they never admit it..just they put it on the system error and never get back to you even 100times calling..t And there is mentality upset bold old guy come to you asking to move your car to his wife home to get attached with her..
