Terrible customer service. The pumps were unavailable, and when I asked the cashier for an update, he just nodded and muttered “hmm” without giving any clear answer. Even after asking for a yes or no, still no verbal response. Completely unprofessional. Basic communication is the minimum in any customer-facing role. employees specifically new comers to this country should learn standard of clear, respectful service—this was far below that.
