Bad service pump not working
Slim short guy in the evening shift is very very rude. He should not be in the customer service. Asked to speak with a manager but he refused. Based on multiple 1 star reviews its very telling that this place needs to review their "employees". Needless to say its all the same kind as always.
I am going to comment only to help my friend out - she was insulted by one of the men working behind the counter and it was super inappropriate. Not cool at all. I tried leaving a complaint but got no response.
Really bad costumer service. The employee dont know how to talk as they think they are the owner of this business. Never prefer to go for the wash.
