There's a rude and nonsensical person working at the cash register. I think his name was Rohit (March 31, 2026, around 10:30 pm). No 'hi', no 'hello'. I had a single wash ticket expiring today. It's been raining since last night and the roads are messy. I politely asked the gentleman if he could cancel the one I had or exchange/give me a new one. Not at all recommended for car wash.
Worst experience in car wash ever. First my car didn’t set on the rollers. I tried ask for assistance the guy first told me he cannot do anything but in other location of petro canada they have access to restart the wash but he didn’t help me. Also when I went inside I showed him car wash ticket in my mobile but he stood there asking me physical copy of that ticket to scan it.
