I recently visited this car wash and was very disappointed with the service, especially with the staff member named Yogi (small height Indian guy). His behavior was not professional or polite, which made the overall experience unpleasant. A car wash is not just about cleaning the vehicle but also about customer service, and unfortunately, Yogi’s attitude left a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training so customers feel respected and valued in the future.
Yogi (small height Indian guy) has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen at a car wash. Completely unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. If this is the kind of behavior allowed here, I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Management please take it seriously.
