They need to hire people who understand English here...I was in the car wash and I use the app to login. Bad enough the carwash itself has problems and breakdowns all the time but, the app itself has issues as well. I was saying I have login issues and the employee through the speaker just kept repeating enter the 3 digit code into the app....how can if the app/login isn't working?...
Took 40 mins for 5 cars to get washed ahead of me. I don’t know exactly what was the problem, but it takes way too long

I had a very disappointing experience at the Petro-Canada car wash. I had a valid car wash ticket but was unable to use it due to a technical issue. When I approached the lady employee for help, she was extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of assisting me, she insisted that I come inside to show the ticket, even though I was already in the middle of the car wash line. Had a very unpleasant experience at this gas station. The lady working there was rude and unhelpful, and her attitude made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service really needs improvement.
