Everytime I come in here there is zero staff available at the cashier. I keep hoping it’ll be better so I keep going back, but it’s now to a point where I think I’ll walk up the street to 7/11.. at least there’s a self check out there
i’ve gone into this petro Canada At least three times a week And I am ID’d every single time I work in the area. The staff know that I am of age And continuously asked to see my ID anyways it is illegal to sell cigarettes to minors. It is not the law to ID. Everybody completely terrible customer service.
Very bad customer service. Our seasonal washing pass was not working yesterday and I have showed the print screen of the error to the sales man rushikumar around 3.45pm today and asked for a washing coupon which I missed. He refused the same and told that we have done a mistake in buying seasonal pass (multipl login]and that's why it happened. I have told him that we will call customer care but again he refused . For the past 2 years we were using the same seasonal pass and will not be buying the same again from petro canada... read more
