Not even 1star deserves as I got the car wash on my sedan car and I found deep scratches and plate was tilted…this is not the service I was expecting from you
Terrible customer service
Very poor customer service. I came in to preload my credit card for gas, but the cashier completely ignored me while counting coins until I had to ask him to serve me. Instead of apologizing for making a customer wait, he told me that I needed to wait for him. When he finally processed the transaction, he made a mistake and charged it as a cash payment instead of a credit card pre-authorization. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
