I went to this gas station on 24/08/25 and asked for $10 worth of gas, but the customer service rep refused to serve me because I only had a $100 bill. Seriously? You’re running a million-dollar franchise and can’t provide $90 in change? That’s just poor management. No effort to offer a solution, no courtesy—just a flat-out refusal. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. I expected better from a major brand like Petro-Canada.
Sai charan the GSA working in the evening was dodging between phone and talking rude with customers as if he was doing charity on us and we are getting fuel for free, he halted the pumps and said it’s Petro Canada rule to halt pump and change shift and manager has advised him to do so Such a rude attitude towards customers he should Learn customer service from A&w girl working besides him she was too gentle and polite
