Pumps do not print receipts because the shop attendant, Zohair, does not bothers changing paper in the printers. He claims he is too busy. Very disappointing. Also makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners. I hope the lack of equipment maintenance does not affect fuel quality that may cause engine damage and void the warranty. On the bright side, Pioneer across the street has the receipts and more welcoming staff.
Don't use your credit card in the self car wash!! I was overcharged (twice) on my credit card and brought it to the attention of the gas station attendant (who first blamed me for the error)left my contact number, and to this day have not heard 1 word from the 'manager' of the store!! Unprofessional
Giving 1 star because of Loveleen's bad customer service.
Pump #3 is leaking gas from its main valve as well as holding the valve for the last couple of weeks. I've told the staff about it 3 times. It looks like nobody takes safety seriously here. Update July 20, 2025 It has been a couple of weeks since I am trying to print receipts. It takes forever, and then it says the printer needs refill. It happened a couple of different pumps as I am always on a different pump when I am filling up due to the rush hour.
