Worst gas in the city. Watering down 70% ethanol. Very expensive repairs. Horrible complaint process. Been weeks waiting for an answer. Just refer to the next guy, then wait... over and over. Horrible. Never go to Petro Canada. The service is as bad as the product. I have been attempting to get resolution. No call back from the corporate petro Canada. The car wash stopped working after it dumped all the soap on my car. I was stuck in the car wash for 20 minutes. I was forced to drive over the wheels to exit the car wash. Its December so the soap froze all over my car. I had to drive, unable to see out of any windows to another gas station to get a car wash. I asked to get the contact information of the manager, the store clerk refused. I asked to get the phone number of the owner, they refused.
Terrible. I was here at 11.10, one lady is teaching a guy some technical stuff in hindi. I waited for sometime and they dont even show the basic manner of asking "give me a minute". I stood there for sometime and left. How could an employee train a new person who doesn't know the basic of customer service.
Stupid things , I went there for cash wash and vacuum, I did the car wash and when it’s turn for vacuum , I put the money and the vacuum is not working , has no air in that vacuum , I went back to the store I told them that they don’t have an access with vacuum cause the vacuum is operated by different company , he told me to call the customer service and I call them they didn’t even receive the call .
