Paid for a bundle of car washes, went to use it. The track doesn't work, even if you're in Neutral. Despite what the operator of the facility tells you. If you get stuck it's automatically your responsibility to pay again. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH

Update: you tell me to contact you so i did, i am explaining situation as uou asked and cancel me before i finish and close your chat down. Clearly you are no better. I was at gas pump before 12:00 am. Sign said gas was 108.9 and the pump said 108.9, so I tapped my card to prepay. I had to put an amount in it. I wondered why, I don't know. While I was doing that the guy inside raised the price of gas on pump to 124.9. He knew I was there trying to get gas. The staff at this Petro are really amazing. Specifically Maaz’s exceptional customer service. I recently lost something in the car wash during afternoon rush hour so he asked me to come by later when it would be less busy to look for it. I went back in the evening and I was relieved & pleasantly surprised that he had already found the item for me. Thank you so much!!

They should not be allowed to advertise a car wash if it never works. *edit* why would i chat with you about your broken car wash i have been there like 10 times in last 2 month it worked once fix that instead of chatting with reviewer. Fix your priorities and maybe you would get better reviews.

Well-stocked store however I asked for a paper funnel for my car - the attendant did not understand my english. As I was leaving the store, he found them but I did not understand what he was saying.
