I was a Petro-Canada customer for over 20 years. Bought my gas there, collected my points, and never thought twice about it. Over time, I built up a lot of points — enough that they actually meant something. Then one day, my account was just gone. Deleted. All my points were wiped out because I hadn’t logged in for a couple of years. No real warning, no chance to do anything about it.
