I am in complete disbelief on how the staff and manager treat people. We got a digital gift card as a GIFT, my husband went to gas up and they declined his digital gift card and demanded he show them our online account. The manager told my husband they do not accept screenshot of gift cards. We go to many Petro Canada's and we've never had an issue. I live in Airdrie, when i called them to check for gas price, mentioned it can't be disclosed over phone. I was in shock. Pathetic behavior. Owner need to train workers better here, how to communicate with customers.

I wish google can allow to give zero star in the rating. This is what this gas station deserves. First time came here and it is the last as well. Worse staff; worse car wash and worse customer service. They wasted more than half hour and then told me we can refund you. If your car wash is closed for maintaince then why are you selling tickets. Definitely not 24HRS the cashier was behind the window and with hand signs was telling me that there were closed HOW IN A 24HR ESTABLISHMENT?? Just change the time definitely not a 24HR location 🤣 and if it is your cashier didn’t want to give service maybe the gas pump was working but if you need any assistance good luck
