Customer service is horrible.
This car wash smells like something died in it
It never get better. Store was dirty, staff oddly not interested in basic customer service or assistance. Cashier disagreed with an opinion about bad service and as a result, was told that I should not come back. Imagine, a minimum wage entry level employee tanking a business on purpose like that, wow. Clean your store instead of arguing with customers.
The car wash is terrible. It uses the brush is full of dirt and they don't use very much water to wash them off.
The slowest pumps I have ever encountered. Also since it was renovated the pumps are only allowing 100$ for tap. I regularly fuel up above that. It needs to be at least 150 or 200. Every where else it is. I won’t be coming here any more.
