September 24, 2025, 11:37 PM: Currently waiting for the attendant to reappear from out of the back. It has now been 17 minutes since he left. There is one person in front me two people behind. We had been knocking on the windows and pressed the intercom for a good 10 minutes to no avail. He made a brief reappearance five minutes, albeit extremely brief. Today around 6pm. Cashier was rude and tried to argue with me. No Customers service. I am an everyday customer. Abdul hurt my feelings. Please give him some training or you soon start loosing customers. Teach him to greet everyone and be respectful to customers. I never had issues with other staff. They are good.please check video and you can see Abdul body language, I am editing after 3 hrs. I am still feeling hurt. Please let me know, if I need to change too. I am open.

This place has the only rbc bank machine on this side of town but can never seem to be able to keep it working or if it is not can't seem to put a out of order sign on it but can stand around talkin to eachother training should be upgraded here so the employees no how to run a business
