If we could give a 1/2 star, we would. My husband took his truck for a basic car wash ($16.00) to remove bird poop chunks. He was very dissapointed with the results, as it didn't remove any! He asked if he could go through the car wash again (no charge), and showed the attendant all the chunks that were still left. He was refused! She told him he could go through again, if he paid again. I asked for 91- premium, the cashier guy - Mohumad enters 94 then tries to argue with me that 91 grade is not premium. Hey buddy maybe you should learn the grades first before arguing with a customer (a woman): Regular: 87 Octane Midgrade/Plus: 88–90 Octane Premium: 91–94 Octane If a customer asks for Premium then YOU -the cashier guy should ask if it’s 91 or 94. DO YOUR JOB ! Never had a problem at this location until now with this guy.
Great customer service—staff are always polite and helpful. The new employee in the turban is especially friendly, making every visit a positive experience. Highly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere!
