Bought a seasonal pass for $270 just a week ago and fill up my gas tank every other day. Now it’s 5 AM, and I needed to pee so bad, but an ugly cashier said, “Sorry, you can’t use the washroom because it’s night.” Damn. Please go to any other gas station, but not Petro-Canada in Ottawa—especially the one in Vanier.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I messed up my car wash, the staff rectified the situation and ensured I was all set. Very impressed with the level of service from this Petro-Canada!
Self-serve gasbar with some convenience items and a great car wash. Bruce behind the counter was a big help and very knowledgeable.
