Very poor customer service!!!! (29/06/2025) Yesterday around 11:30pm I went to this car wash and tried to use the vacuum, how many times I scan the app doesn’t matter it’s only gives a fail message on screen. I went inside to ask cashier (didn’t had any name tags) about the vacuum conditions, he said it should be working, and a little advice to clean the scanner before scanning. Waited to long no body was there and doors locked.
Cashier tried to tell me that it has always been policy to pre-pay. No, it clearly hasn't and your company loves to lie to customers now. What this company is doing lately is discrimination. Two gas stations across the street don't have this backwards policy. This is why people are giving up on this gas station. Lying to customers means you are hiding something. What else are you lying about? I hope the Ministry of Environment inspects you.
I had a great experience at this station and car wash! The place was clean, well-organized, and easy to access. The car wash left my vehicle spotless and shiny—it looked brand new! What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a clean car!
Great customer service, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door & smells good not many gas stations do + best carwash in town
