Dangerous Pump Failure - Poor Service "I had a very bad experience at this station. The gas pump nozzle was broken; fuel started overflowing the second I began, and it didn't stop even after I pulled it out. My car, shoes, and the ground were covered in gasoline. Instead of helping, the employee was rude and made me pay for the 4 liters that spilled half of them on the ground, claiming I was lying about the amount. This is a major safety issue. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing. I approached the cashier for help finding a few items, and instead of assisting me, he simply told me to keep looking and that I would find them “somewhere around.” It felt dismissive and unhelpful. What made the situation worse was seeing the same cashier respond very differently to another customer, giving them clear and enthusiastic directions.
