Rude staff they stared at us the whole time acting like we were gonna steal something when we didn’t. Than they watched us wondering why we took so long in the washroom while two customers left. After getting tired of waiting!
Review is solely based on the car wash. $16.50 for a regular wash seems outrageous, but it's a pretty good wash and gets the job done. Will try elsewhere for cheaper next time. $16.50.... psh.
I take my car to a self service car wash so that I don't damage my car with automated washers. Ladders and other equipment are stored against the wall behind the cars in this self serve car wash. When I backed up to leave today, a ladder feel on the back of my car, leaving a deep 5 inch scratch. When I pointed out the damage to the manager, he said "you were able to get into the washing spot, you should have been able to get out" and "that equipment is there all the time. " Insulting and dismissive. Never going back.
