I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The staff member, Gurpal, was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. From the moment I approached, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. sometimes they are awake...sometimes asleep gotta catch them at the right time...staff are friendly..sometimes no where to be seen...at night
