Was rudely turned away by the station attendant tonight after evacuating the Bald Range Wildfire. While the service hours are listed as being open 24h, the attendant had just locked the doors at 10pm to the station. We had purchased fuel and needed to use the washroom and he refused to give us access to the facilities despite us pleading that we had just been evacuated and needed a bathroom badly. Disappointed that ‘policy’ overrides basic human decency anymore.
