One of the female employees does not seem to understand how to behave properly with customers. When I was there as a customer, she was cleaning her ears right in front of me and handling the dirt with her hands while continuing to work. I found this extremely disrespectful, unhygienic, and embarrassing. This kind of behavior is not appropriate when dealing with customers.

I called to ask if they had propane tanks and the phone was pure static. I called back and it was incomprehensible and static. Replace your darn phone guys or get better service; no excuse for that.
