No complaints on my end. Staff and service are good.
Today, I got an apology and an explanation for that year old hate crime. Turned out, not exactly intentional but a result of policy. That said, we're back to - the staff here are generally great, service is good, occasional miscommunications with the odd staff member as Eng. is second lang. and it also seems they've corrected or otherwise addressed the core policy problem.
The regular morning shift employee lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. He is extremely rude and seems to either bring his personal stress to work or simply dislike interacting with people, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
The person in the store named Iqbal, was extremely rude and doesn't have any professionalism. When I went to refuel it was showing that they are out of regular gas and they are giving premier gas with regular price and requested to select premier gas grade when fueling. When I did that pump showed an error that wrong grade selected. So I went inside and the guy started shouting to me. He was saying all the instructions are there. I couldn't even explain that what error pump is showing. No idea how they treat there customers ... read more
