No bathroom
Very disappointed with this gas station. I stopped here today and politely asked to use the washroom. The staff immediately said “out of service,” but from the way it was said, it was clear that they were not being honest. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. As a paying customer, being treated this way is hurtful and unfair. A business should treat everyone with dignity and honesty, not with excuses. This experience left a very negative impression, and I will make sure to share it so that others are aware.
If you are going to lie to customers, at least make sure your face doesn’t give it away. I stopped at this gas station and asked to use the washroom, and the staff quickly said it was “out of service.” The problem is, it was obvious from their face and attitude that they were lying. Such behavior is disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, not excuses and discrimination. This place has lost my trust, and I won’t be coming back.
