Very poor customer service. The staff were far from polite or attentive. I simply asked to use the bathroom, and I was told, “There is no bathroom here,” in a very rude manner. Even if a bathroom is not available, there is no reason to treat customers disrespectfully. You can do much better than this! At the very least, basic politeness and respect should be expected.
Don’t even have washroom for customers.! What a gas station No garbage bins as well by the pumps!. You should now if you don’t have this things and how to talk with customers.! Very rude girl stand behind counter
Pumps are extremely slow and even worse when busy. Receipt printers are very often out of paper. More often than not, there's is usually one or two pumps out of service. Always very busy in evenings as it seems to be the cheapest gas in the surrounding area. Android app always requires an update and login so don't expect the app to always speed up your transaction
Honestly, I don’t think you’ll find better prices anywhere in the Niagara Region! The prices here are always great, whether you stop by during the day or late at night. Highly recommend
