I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with an employee's conduct and policy regarding restroom access. When I asked to use the restroom, the employee's response was, "If you need a bathroom as some do, use the parking lot." I was forced to wait for another customer to complete a lottery ticket purchase while being denied the use of your facilities. I went to Mel’s and bought two sail classic cigars along with a few other items. I put my other purchase items in my bag. I left the carats on the counter planning to put carry them in my hand so they wouldn’t break. I paid for them. I went to my car and realized I forgot my two cigars. I went right back in to r tie e them and the Pakistani gent said that there was no one else to his cash after me and that the cigars are not there. Long story short.
